The Subaru WRX is known of a long time as a car that provides considerable performance at an affordable price. The WRX ( reffering to the World Rally series) is the performance version of the Subaru Impreza, but from now, the “Impreza” will disappear from the name of this car. The 2013 Subaru WRX is expected to be a stand-alone model.
The WRX has always been a Subaru’s rally-ready racer and this is expected also of the new model. The new 2013 Subaru WRX will use a new turbocharged 2.0-liter boxer four-cylinder. This engine is a half-liter smaller than the engine from the current model but will make more power than it. Aided by direct injection, this new engine is set to produce 270 horsepower.
